Sleek Lipstick Review | 12 Days Of Blogmas❤

For such a long time I had been eyeing up Sleek lipsticks and nearly every time I went into a Superdrug I would test them out and kept on feeling so sceptical about which one I wanted to buy first as I had 3 or 4 which I loved equally. But one day and couple months back I finally made a decision to get 'Smother.'

As you'll be able to see from the images it's a deep vampire berry shade which I'd wanted. It's also a sheen finish which makes it a little shiny but also extremely moisturising unlike a Matte which I found very drying. The colour however is not how it looks before you apply it. The colour in the tube looks very intimidating and scary but honestly when you apply it it becomes a lot more toned done and appears to be more pure purple opposed to somewhere in-between.

As for the application this product is amazing, it glides on so well although that can be a dangerous thing when it comes to the edges as I have got it everywhere a couple of times. It lasts for hours. You know those lipsticks that you have and you take one sip of a drink and it's gone? Yep, it isn't like that at all. It lasts through eating and drinking, perhaps because it is such a deep colour it almost stains your lips but it does have an amazing lasting power.

I believe it was £5.49 which is amazing in terms of value for such a perfect lipstick. I'm definitely going to have to purchase the other few that I love from there as from this one alone I seem to have fallen in love with Sleek so I hope there other products live up to my new expectations and don't let me down as that would be sad. :(
