April Favourites | 2015

Hii :)

So it is about four days until May so I thought that today I would do an April Favourites and I will try and do one of these once a month :) I don't have pictures for all the products because they are all featured in other posts.

Beauty

So this month I have been really loving the Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid foundation, I might do a review on this I'm not sure, but it's the perfect colour for me and it balances out my skin tone really well. I have the colour 10 Ivory and its just amazing. 

Also I have been really loving the BareMinerals moxie lipstick in 'live large' I mentioned this in a previous post but it's the most gorgeous purple colour and it's great for adding some colour to a look. Although we've just entered spring I feel like it could be a good colour for Autumn.

Brushes

My favourite brush of the month is definitely the Real techniques brow brush. I have quite thin brows and this is exactly the right size to get the colour evenly across mine and it's really soft too. I just love this so much and I haven't stopped using it.

Another brush that I have been loving this month is the MAC 193 foundation brush I believe. The reason it is white and quite small compared to the original line of mac brushes is because I got it in a Christmas set back in 2013 from Las Vegas. It applies my foundation so evenly and doesn't leave any streaky marks. :)

Fashion

This month I have been loving my new fake van style shoes from Topshop. I just love the black snake skin print and they're so comfy. They were a bit uncomfortable to start with but now that I have worn them in they are perfect for everyday wear!

Forever 21 have some amazing things right now but I have been especially loving my new leather jacket from there. I saw a royal blue one in one of Amanda Steele's youtube videos and when I went there a few weeks back I found the exact one in mauve. Its so comfy and adds a pop of colour to a look. My next post will show some pictures of how I styled it.

Fragrance

I haven't had this the whole of April but two weeks is long enough to tell how much I love it. My friend Charlotte went to New York in the Easter holidays and she brought me back a Bath & Body Works spray. I have the scent Maui Mango Surf and it smells so nice *heart eye emojis* it smell like straight up mango which if you saw my yankee candle post you would know how much I love.
