My 2015 Goals & Aspirations

Hii :)

Happy New Year! I hope you had a good new years eve and are excited about the new year ahead. Today I am going to share with you my goals and aspirations for this year.

  • Stay Positive - I don't like the cliche 'giving up chocolate' or 'not biting nails' resolutions I find them to easy to break so they become pointless however trying to stay positive is something which will be more challenging and hopefully beneficial for me. I always look and seem to find the negatives in even the simplest of situations which honestly becomes stressful and annoying. I'd love to be in this situations next year and not have this on my list as I'm such a pessimist and in 2016 I really hope to turn that around.

  • Keep Blogging Frequently - I hated myself after not posting on here for over a month, nearly two, so for this year and for as long as possible I want to be posting a minimum or once a week whether it's a haul, review or a slight rant aha that's what I am going to do. I might have the time to upload even more frequently than that but I'm pretty sure whilst I'm at school it'll be once a week as that is what I find the easiest to write and photograph during the week, especially in Winter

  • Drink More Water - I honestly fail at this and its so so bad. I have a water balance app where you record everything you drink in a day, I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now but my percent is awful. It can go for 30% - 50% of what you're supposed to be drinking daily but I always seem to forget. I made an effort to try and drink more due to my weird brain if I don't drink a sufficient amount by each point in the day I develop a headache and a really weird faint feeling, not to mention the annoying hot flushes aha,  which is horrid so I can't leave the house without having a drink before and with me at all times just incase. Therefore, I want to drink more to avoid this feeling. Full stop.

  • Explore - I'm going to a few brand new places next year and I am beyond excited but not only that I want to spend more time within my county and at the beach in the summertime with friends as it may not be Malibu but it still is one of my happy places locally. I'm travelling to the USA and Ireland which isn't far but it is however a separate country so it counts and it is going to be amazing visiting my families hometown and other parts of Co. Galway.

  • Try Harder In School - I quite frankly hate school. There is nothing I hate more than waking up in the dark, having to stand at a cold bus stop with random strangers at 7:45. And that's not the worst part. I hate pretty much everything about it apart from Textiles. It's like my happy hour of the day, I don't have it everyday but it really lets me be creative and put my own artistic imagination into real work and a sketchbook which I love. I'm awful at drawing but basic things is alright and surely it's enjoying it which is more important? I want to start actually revising more instead of last minute so that I can achieve the higher grades possible.
Hope you have an amazing 2016 and I'll see you soon!

Molly x
